Policy for 'Instructions’ Orders

We do not offer refunds for digital instructions unless the PDF instructions that were sent to your email have expired.

We can send samples of digital instructions, as well as parts list files upon request. Please specify which of these sample files you would like to receive by sending us a message on our Contact Us page.

Policy for “Building Kit” Orders

All building kit orders contain bricks that are verified by hand to be new LEGOⓇ pieces for your building experience. We do not process refunds for these building kits, but we will replace any damaged items as soon as possible. If your order is missing bricks, contains a damaged item, or you have any other concerns, please email us a detailed note at holla@mostincrediblestud.io within 30 days of delivery. Please have your order number available so we can service your request - we will always do our best to rectify your concern as efficiently as possible.
